MK Dons Ladies were away to Old Actonians Ladies in the South East Womens Combination League this afternoon and they emerged victorious by a scoreline of 3-1.  This victory follows last week's 3-1 win over Brentwood Town and means that Milton Keynes have won three of their last four matches representing a change of fortunes from earlier in the season.  Elsewhere in the league Luton Town beat Brentwood 2-0 whilst Enfield Town and Cambridge produced a 0-0 draw.  Next up is a home match at Newport Pagnell Town against table topping Lewes on the 5th February with kick off at 2pm.  Lewes defeated Crystal Palace this afternoon by a scoreline of 2-0.

MK Dons Ladies secured their place in the South East Combination for next season with a 3-1 victory over Brentwood Town.

Captain Heather McDonnell gave the Dons an early lead, before Zoe Lipley-Hinton pulled one back for the visitors. It wasn't long however, before McDonnell put the Dons back in front with Emily Mann adding another before the half hour point. Despite Brentwood's efforts, there were no further goals in the second half.

Injuries and unavailability continue to be a problem and with both Kelly Robinson and Nikki Tarrant out - defender Hannah Paterson and new signing Mamiko Tanabe both made the starting eleven. Tanabe, signed from City Belles earlier in the week, played a central midfield role. Kate Costin and Dani Borrelli were named on the bench.

MKDSA Formation

On 23rd October 2003, 30 Dons fans met at the National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes to establish a new supporters association following the arrival of Wimbledon Football Club (now renamed Milton Keynes Dons FC), from their former home at Selhurst Park in South London. A number of people volunteered to undertake roles as part of a steering committee to lead the association during its formation stages. In May 2004, the first full Annual General Meeting was held and Officers were elected by it's members

MKDSA Purpose

The purpose of the MKDSA is to provide an organised and family oriented supporters association for fans of MK Dons FC.  The MKDSA aims to act as an independant voice for Milton Keynes Dons supporters, ensuring that notice is taken of the fans views by the club and other community organisations such as the Police.  It also aims to promote the football club within the community, to increase levels of support and to establish and maintain high quality services, communications and benefits for its members.
