Disabled Member Information

Dear supporter,

My name is Rex Burton and I am the MKDSA Disabilities Officer.

I would like ask as many of our disabled members as possible, if you would kindly agree to complete a short questionnaire.

As our support grows we are encountering more variations of problems that some of our members need the MKDSA to help them overcome.

Since moving into the new stadium, the facilities available to the disabled section of supporters is, in my own opinion, as good as any in the country. However, we need to work with the football club to maintain that position, and so far, all problems that have arisen have been successfully resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. But we must continue to work, to make sure these successes continue to happen.

To enable me to continue to approach the club in the future, if a problem not encountered before arrives, I need to have as much background information as I can possibly get. That’s where your help comes in. The more of you that reply to the questionnaire, could just possibly give me that extra piece of information that tips the balance for us, so please do your best to complete the form below.

The only thing I ask! is that you complete your name, and membership number (if you are an MKDSA member)so I know who you are, the rest of the questions are completely optional, you can complete as many, or as few as you want, just remember that the more questions you complete, the stronger influence we could have, when we speak to the club. Your answers will not be available to anyone but me, and once collated, they will become just part of our statistics, with no names available.

Please remember, if you have a question you think I can answer for you, or you have a problem of any sort, with the club, or its facilities that relate to any type of disability, let me know, I may be able to help.
